Prices, Perks and Policies:
- Parties are two-hours for $250. All party space is outside.
- For party space, you have a choice:
- The main picnic table area has eight six-foot picnic tables for you to use; or,
- The fire pit area, which has benches surrounding it.
- Parties are rain or shine. You may cancel or reschedule within 72-hours for a refund of your party balance. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
- You will provide food, drinks, party favors, games, and supplies. You are able to arrive up to 30-minutes early for setting up your special occasion, and you have up to 30-minutes after the party to clean up. For example, if your party is from 1:00 – 3:00, you may arrive any time after 12:30, and leave the dedicated party space by 3:30.
- Your Farm assigned party host will be there by 15-minutes before the start of your party to provide the garbage barrel and provide any add-ons, such as grain cups. They do not help facilitate games or activities, but will remove the garbage barrel after your party has ended.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required within 7-days to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 2-days before the party. Once your date has been reserved, an invoice for the deposit and balance will be emailed to you, and you may pay online.
- You are welcomed to bring extra EZ-up/tents, tables, chairs, or anything else that you need to host your special celebration. A bounce house, however, requires an insurance rider.
- If the date and time you requested is not available, farm staff will reach out to you.
- Tent availability is limited from April to October.
- For additional questions, please email katie@theeducationalfarm.org or call or text 603-472-4724.

Games and activity ideas to keep them busy!
- Play Duck, Duck, Goose
- Play Pin the tail on the Donkey
- Have wheelbarrow races
- Sack races (we have sacks you can borrow!)
- Stable Round-up
Hide tiny plastic farm animals throughout the party. When each kid arrives, give them a container and a list of animals that have “gotten out” of the barn. The goal can be to either complete the list or just find as many as possible.
Chicken Egg Relay
Have kids divide up into 2 or 3 groups and stand in a line. The person at the front of the line must hold the chicken egg (a white balloon) between their knees. When a whistle blows (or music starts), then must try to pass the balloon to the next person (no hands!). The first team to get their egg to the end of the line wins.
